Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Matri Sakti, we always strive to serve our customers with devotion, care and authenticity. To ensure transparency, here is our cancellation and refund policy.

1. No returns

Our products — the Matri Sakti Yantra, prasads and other pooja items — are sacred, personalised and consecrated with a sankalpa in your name. To maintain the sanctity and purity of each blessed item, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

2. Cancellations

• An order can be cancelled at any time before it is dispatched.
• To cancel, contact us immediately at info@matrisakti.com or +91 89428 25458 with your order number (for example MS11001).

3. Refunds

• If you cancel before dispatch, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
• Once the order has been dispatched or delivered, refunds are not applicable.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may not apply if:

• Incorrect contact or address details were provided by the customer.
• The customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
• A delay or issue occurs due to natural calamities, courier delays or events beyond our control.
