Shipping Policy

At Matri Sakti, every sacred Yantra, prasad and pooja item is prepared and dispatched with devotion and care.

1. Processing & dispatch

• All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.
• Each Yantra is energised and blessed with a sankalpa in your name before dispatch, so preparation may take some time.

2. Delivery timelines

• Once shipped, your order is delivered within 15 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.
• In rare cases delivery may take longer due to festivals, holidays, natural events or courier delays.

3. Shipping partners & tracking

• We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Tracking details are shared with you once your order is dispatched. You can also check the status any time on our Track your order page.

4. Shipping charges

• Delivery within India is free for the Matri Sakti Yantra.
• If any charge applies to a product or service in future, it is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

5. International shipping

Currently, shipping is limited to addresses within India.

6. Failed deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.
